- What is a fixed-user package?
- Larger organisations can take a flat package that includes a set number of users (for example 25, 50 or 100+). It makes annual budgeting predictable and works out cheaper per user at scale.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Onboarding is included — we help you bring your team and clients across so you're productive quickly.
- Where is our data stored?
- Participant data is hosted in Australia with encrypted storage and role-based access, suitable for sensitive NDIS information.
